Privacy Policy
1. General
flipo (by AB Sites, operated by Flipo, Smart Digital Catalog, licensed business no. 037017779, hereinafter "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and what your rights are. Using the service constitutes consent to this policy and to its completion together with the Terms of Service.
2. What information we collect
- Registration and account details: name, business name, phone, email address, and the catalog address (subdomain) you chose.
- Content you upload: files, text, images, video and logo that you enter to create your catalogs.
- Payment information: payments are processed at an external payment provider (Grow / Meshulam). We do not store your credit card details on our servers. We keep a reference and payment date for accounting purposes.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, browser type, and basic usage data required for operating, securing and improving the service.
- Cookies: see section 5.
3. How we use the information
- Operating the service, creating the catalogs and displaying them.
- Managing the subscription, collecting payment and issuing invoices.
- Support, responding to inquiries and sending operational updates (such as a renewal reminder).
- Improvement, security and prevention of misuse.
- Compliance with legal requirements.
4. Sharing information and subcontractors
We do not sell personal information. We use trusted subcontractors solely for the purpose of operating the service, and subject to a duty of confidentiality:
- Payment processing: Grow / Meshulam (payment processing).
- Storage and database: Supabase.
- Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel.
- Email: Resend (operational emails).
- Measurement and advertising: Meta Pixel, only after consent to measurement cookies, for the purpose of measuring page views, registration start, registration completion and contact, and attributing campaign performance.
We will transfer information to authorities only if we are required to do so by law.
5. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies required for proper operation and security. Only after choosing "Accept" is the Meta Pixel loaded and general usage and conversion events sent, such as page view, registration start, registration completion and a click to contact. We do not send Meta the content of forms, an email address, a phone number or text you typed. Choosing "Essential only" prevents the Pixel from loading. You can delete the choice through the site data in your browser and choose again.
6. Information security
We take reasonable and accepted measures to secure the information, including encryption in transit, access control, and access to data through the edge servers only. However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection, and we recommend keeping your login details confidential.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain the information for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Upon deletion of an account, we will remove your content from the servers within a reasonable time, except for information we are required to retain by law (such as transaction records for tax purposes).
8. Your rights
In accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review your personal information and request its correction or deletion. To make a request on this matter, see section 11. We will handle your request subject to the law.
9. Transfer of information outside Israel
Some of our subcontractors store information on servers outside Israel. Using them is done subject to their information security and privacy commitments and in accordance with the applicable law.
10. Minors
The service is intended for adults or for corporations acting through an authorized representative, and is not intended for collecting information about minors.
